Expiration Term Of Service follows a Career Counselor in the Wisconsin National Guard as he meets with soldiers who must decide whether or not they will re-enlist in the army, new recruits fresh out of basic training, and an aging soldier fighting to remain deployable -- all while struggling to rehabilitate his shoulder, meet the Army's physical standards, and face retention quotas despite waning troop morale.
